What’s the next step after a HomeBuyer Report?

Once you’ve digested the contents of the HomeBuyer Report, and asked us for clarification on anything you don’t understand, there are several ways you can proceed. If all is well and only a few minor issues are found, you’re safe to go ahead with the purchase. However, if major defects or underlying problems have been identified, it may be best to investigate further using a Specific Defect Report, Damp Survey or other relevant building survey before you make your final decision.
