On the surface, there were no obvious red flags — but Able's report identified over £20,000 worth of required work, including a serious structural issue with a chimney breast. What impressed me was the quality of the reporting. These weren't vague or inflated concerns — each issue came with clear reasoning and a proper explanation of why it mattered.
